Where I work they have punch cards for the cafeteria. Buy 8 meals get one free. I am not as excited about the free meal, (It is cafeteria food after all.) as I am about the fact that I actually got my card completely stamped.
I seem to have some kind of adversion to stamp cards. I always start them, thinking Yay! Free meal!
However, I am forever forgetting to take my card with me to lunch. They will stamp my reciept so I can get it added to my card later. But, most of the time I lose the receipt or it gets put through the washing machine and I miss out on the punch.
So although it is a small accomplishment, it is an accomplishment all the same. So Yay! Free Meal!
I bet they don't yell out "free meal" like Cafe Rio does when you redeem it. Bummer. :) Way to finally get a whole card stamped up!!
