#196 Blessings and Answered Prayers

Today was a good day.  I got alot accomplished. Spent time with family, and got to talk to my daughter on the phone. Two significant things stand out for me today.

#1 Blessings
Last night our microwave stopped working.  The keypad worked, light came on and you could hear the fan working but the table wouldn't rotate and it wouldn't heat up any food.  So, this morning my husband and I got online to do some trouble shooting and see how much a new one would cost.  It is an under the range one with a fan etc.  Looking at around 350 to 500 dollars to replace it.  When, we googled the symptoms they gave us a couple of ideas what could be wrong.  From a blown fuse to a diode going out.  
So my husband got looking at the microwave discovered that the latch wasn't making a connection with the door switch when we shut the door.  His idea was to mess with the connection inside the door.  But, I got looking at it and realized the door was hanging slightly higher on one side.  The solution:  get some washers to hold the hinged side of the door higher.  Cost 10 cents.  Our microwave is working once again. 

#2 Answer to prayers:
It has been hot and dry here in Utah.  As a result we have had a record number of wildfires and hundreds of thousand of acres of wilderness has been burned, and several lives lost.  Everyone has been praying for rain.  Today it rained!!

I hope it was enough to get all the wildfires under control. " Thank you God!  Can you maybe send us  just a little more:"    Amen
