Starting January 1, 2012 I will be taking the 365 day photo challenge. The challenge is to take photos everyday and post the best one. #241 Lemon Zucchini bread
The garden was a success this year. I am still getting zucchini and tomotoes. Friends and neighbors just aren't as excited to receive my gifts of fresh veggies as they were at the beginning of the season, so I had to get creative.
Found this recipe for Lemon Zucchini Bread with a lemon glaze.
