#346 December 11th 1960- ?? How blessed am I!

As I write this blog it occurs to me that 52 years ago I would be barely a couple hours old. . 
What an amazing day!.  Emails, texts, and phone calls throughout the day  from all of you.  Wishing me happy birthday.
I am amazed, overwhelmed and humbled by your thoughtfulness.

A Sand Kuchen (sand cake) made by an dear friend Patti. .   One of my favorite.  A recipe brought over on the boat from Germany by her Grandmother over 80 years ago.  You have to taset it !  .  A Beautiful card from another friend with a gift.
Beautiful cards filled with kind words and love and birthday wishes.  .
A yummy Pasta salad made and brought in by a co worker on his day off.

This was AWESOME.  I almost cried when he showed up with this in hand.  Oh and it doesn't stop there.

Even God showed up with a beautiful sunset!  ( He knows how much I love them)

And my most favorite was a call from my grandson to wish me happy birthday.  He likes to tell me knock knock jokes.  This was from him;

Ash:  Knock Knock

Me:  Who's there

Ash:  Ashtons

Me:  Ashton who?

Ash:   Ashton love Nammy.
