Who gets the first or biggest tomatoes etc. And secretly I envy her because she has rich soil that is great for growing everything and she has a beautiful yard. But it also makes me feel good that I can grow things as well as I do in the clay soil I have to deal with.
Besides are usual tomatoes, squash and cucumbers, we both usually try a new crop. I chose not to do one this year but Patti chose spinach and lettuce.
She is already getting rewards for her hard work. Her lettuce and spinach are abundant, and delish!
