A couple of my friends and I have been doing a fundraiser walk every year to raise money for JDRF. Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. This is our third year, and if you read my posts we have been doing fund raising projects to raise more money. We have been selling jams, jellies and crocheted dish cloths.
Lynda has a friend, Wendy who sells Paparazzi jewelry. She agreed that if Lynda had a party she would donate 20% of our sales to the walk. Because of scheduling conflicts we are actually going to have 2 parties. Today was the first. All the jewely is $5 or under.
They even have jewelery for young girls. A couple of people brought their young daughters and they had a great time picking out rings, bracelets and headbands.
